TIGER CHINESE YEAR OF THE DRAGON T-SHIRT PROMOTION

RETAIL ENTRY: Each specially marked Tiger Beer 12 pack has a unique code inside. When you purchase two specially marked packs between 23 January 2012 and 1 June 2012 and enter the two unique codes via text or www.tigerbeer.co.nz you will be able to claim a free Tiger Year of the Dragon T-shirt.

BAR ENTRY: When you purchase three Tigers (bottles, glasses or a combination of), from participating outlets, between 23 January 2012 and 1 June 2012 you will receive a scratch card with a unique code. Scratchcards are available strictly whilst stocks last. Redeem 2 unique codes via text or www.tigerbeer.co.nz and you will be able to claim a free Tiger Year of the Dragon T-shirt.

TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, go to www.tigerbeer.co.nz and enter the unique code online. You must register two unique codes or text the unique code to “8824” (text costs 20c each) You must register two unique codes by text or online*. to be entitled to a FREE Tiger Year of the Dragon T-shirt. T-shirts are available in three designs and selection is subject to availability.  
ONLINE: Go to www.tigerbeer.co.nz, enter your details and two unique codes and then simply follow the online instructions on how to redeem your T-shirt.

OR BY TEXT: To enter by text, simply text your unique code to ‘8824’. You may enter using any NZ mobile phone (021/022/027/029). Standard network rates apply, typically 20c. Texts may not be included in text-inclusive packages - check with your network operator. Please ensure you have permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering via text. Once you have sent two text messages simply follow the instructions in our response text on how to redeem your T-shirt online.  

 
*Note: You must register two codes using the same means, either both by text or both online, but not a combination of texts and online entries

This promotion will close on 1 June 2012.  Any unique code sent by text or entered online after that date will be accepted up until 30 June 2012.

T-SHIRTS: Three designed T-shirts as voted by fans of Tiger will be offered throughout the promotional period. Sizes & designs are subject to availability and participants may select their favourite design from the following range of sizes; Males – Medium, Large & Extra Large. Females – S/M & L/XL.

GENERAL:

1.    To participate in and/or claim a t-shirt in the Tiger Year of the Dragon promotion (Promotion) you must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over.
2.    Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by you. All details and instructions (including ‘how to participate instructions’) form part of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
3.    The Promoter has no responsibility, and will not be liable, for any lost, incorrect, or misdirected text or website entries, or any text or website entries not received by the Promoter, or for unreadable unique codes.
4.    Tiger Year of the Dragon T-shirt selection & sizes are subject to availability.

5.    Tiger Year of the Dragon T-shirts are not transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.    The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or suspend the Promotion without notice, or to change the terms & conditions of the Promotion.

7.    In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.    By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their name and photograph for any promotional purposes carried out by the Promoter.
9.    The Promoter may refuse to honour the Promotion to any participant if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, that participant has violated these terms and conditions or has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.
10.    Entry into the Promotion is deemed authority from you to Vodafone, Telecom and 2Degrees to release your phone number(s) to the Promoter (or its agent) for the purposes of the Promotion.
11.    By registering or entering a unique code you consent to the Promoter contacting you by means of the contact details provided.
12.    The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by you (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered by you resulting from your participation in the Promotion.

13.    The Promotion commences at 12.01am on 23 January 2012. The Promotion closes at midnight on 1 June 2012. No entries will be accepted after this date.
14.    These terms and conditions are subject to all applicable liquor licensing laws and regulations.
