Receiving rave reviews across Auckland, Art In The Dark has proven it is here to stay. Tripling its attendance from the inaugural event last year, Art In The Dark entertained 30,000 visitors free of charge over two nights in Ponsonby’s Western Park. The audience meandered past grand trees lit with neon into the darkness where they stumbled upon 33 light installations, artworks and creative performances. On 11 - 12 November visitors enjoyed the exhilaration of reclaiming Western Park at night and merging art, architecture performance and the natural beauty of the park.
